In 1853, the Cameron family settled in Sonoma County and began farming. For more than 100 years the family has farmed the land. Crops included hops, prunes and apples. Grapes have been the primary crop since the early 1960′s.
In 1962, Al and Bev Cameron started a small trucking operation, dedicated to serving the needs of local agriculture. By 1985, the business expanded to include the sale of vineyard trellising and ranch fencing supplies, in addition to grape hauling during the harvest season.
Today the business is still owned by Al and Bev. It is managed by Vice President Gerry Cameron, who oversees Vineyard Customer Sales and Service and coordinates product purchasing, shipping and receiving. Gerry also handles custom orders for those special products you need.
Kari Cameron handles our office and keeps the organization humming. She will help to answer any questions about our operations, our products or issues with your order. If you don’t know who to call, call Kari and she would be happy to take care of you!
Jesus (Chuy) Lopez is our inside saleperson. With his knowledge of vineyards he specializes in providing personal sales and service to our customers. He will help you with your custom orders and/or quotes. He would be happy to meet with you and answer any questions you may have and assist you with any of your delivery or shipping needs.
Jim Muelrath is our other outside salesperson. Primarily in the Lake and Sonoma County areas Jim would love to meet with you and discuss your vineyard, fencing or landscaping needs. Give him a call!
Tony Hernandez is probably the first person you will meet when you come to shop at Cameron & Cameron, Inc. Tony runs our yard and loves assisting our customers with questions they may have while shopping with us. He will also be the person that helps load your product before you leave.
If you ever need a delivery you will meet one of our two drivers, Jon Beltrami or Jim Muelrath. Both drivers come to Cameron & Cameron, Inc. with over 20 years of experience.
